How does this work?

First, you choose the package and submit the Request.  Within 24 hours, you will be sent an questionnaire. All questionnaires take approximately 40-60 minutes to complete and we suggest you take your time and provide as much information as possible.  Once received and after review, Leisha may contact you for additional information and details.   We may require additional information such as a diet diary, pictures (of you tongue/eyes) and/or more details about certain health issues.   It will take a maximum of 2-3 days to receive your personalized report.

What type of support do I receive?

Community, support and continued inspiration is crucial to compliance and effecting beneficial changes.   Therefore, you are offered unlimited email support.  We may also recommend you join our Footprints Community Builder.  As we treat food as our greatest tool for the healing, healing and healthful recipes recommended for can be found in our recipe pages.   Once again, you read other's comment on these recipes and share your own too!
