The Raw Natural Path Detox program is a 21-day journey designed specifically to help detoxify your body, while also providing excellent nourishment with whole, living plant foods. The program is an education in self-discovery. The comprehensive manual and daily planner offers guidelines on foods to include and exclude. A personalized recipe booklet accompanies each Manual.

To be honest, our program can be a challenge for most people. At first, it can feel overwhelming at your enter the learning curve. However, once you get through detox symptoms and into a routine, life becomes easier! Each individualized planner is designed to gently and carefull prepare your body for the cleanse. The first week is about fortifying the body and gifting it with nourishment. The 2nd week most people really start feeling the rewards of the program which is highly motivating. And, the third week is about establishing a balance through rejuvenation.
What kind of support can I expect?
We recognize that getting adequate support is very important for people on this program. In addition to the very extensive (100 page) manual, the detox program includes full email and phone support throughout the program. We provide you with the tools to gauge your progress and understand the changes that happen on the programme.
Do you provide a daily meal plan?
Yes, we outline a day-by-day plan and provide sample recipes suggestion to provide guidance of the types of meals that you should be eating each week; with the recipe section full of many excellent meals to try. However, we understand that each person is unique and as such, there is plenty of room for personal preferences. With sample meals rather than a strict day-by-day plan you have the flexibility to choose from a wide range of different meals. As far as quantities go, each person will differ in how much they need and want to eat, based on current habits, exercise levels, etc. We suggest eating until you feel fulfilled (not over-filled!). Because the meals are very nourishing and free from harmful additives, you can’t (for the most part) eat too much! Listen to your body.
Do I need a juicer for your program?
A juicer isn’t necessar for the program if you have a good blender. There are juicing days but we offer variations on recipes to support each person's capabilities.
What foods are not included in the program?
The program calls for the eliminatation of all animal products (meat, chicken, fish, dairy, and eggs), white sugar, white flour (including pasta), alcohol, and caffeinated beverages (coffee, black tea, chocolate and soft drinks). There is no point doing a detoxification program if these items are not removed.
What is the difference between the detox and a regular raw lifestyle?
The foods and recipes selected for this program focus on cleansing and helping to remove toxins from your body. As many of us have absorption problems, we focus on foods that are prepared in an easy to-digest form. These foods not only detoxify the body but nourish at the cellular level. Although many aspects of our program is focussed on raw foods, we also blend in cooked healing soups and other cooked foods based upon the individual's needs.
